Hot Tops
- Insulators and exotherms.

Insulating and exothermic covers
Shaped (caps).
Solid coverings with different geometries or powdery.
Not shaped (dust).
Added just after pouring, they guarantee a good feeding without shrinking, obtaining healthy ingots.
Bottom Sealers
- Sealing gasket between ingot bottom plate, minimizing contamination problems introduced from the atmosphere between them.

Anti Piping Compound
INGOTERM LE-EX
Avoid the heat lost from the top surface of the ingot, therefore it avoid shrinkage and provide a good sound ingot.
- Exothermic and good insulating powder for all types of ingots.
- To be added immediatly after casting, it will protect and insulate perfectly the top surface of the ingot.
- Providing a sound ingot with very small shrinkage.
EXOTOP
Preformed to minimize heat loss from the top of the ingot, prevent shrinkage, and ensure a good sound ingot.
- Exothermic and insulating pre-shaped boards to match the area of the ingot.
- It will protect and insulate perfectly the top surface of the ingots providing a very sound ingot with very small shrinkage and no dust during application.
Teeming fluxes
- Powders are usually placed in a small bag at the bottom of the ingot mould before teeming.
- They will start to melt lubricating the meniscus of the rising steel, improving the surface finish of the ingot.
